How I got started in user research
Beyond products and services, I love basketball and baseball, where teamwork and precision matter—a lot like how I approach UX. My library and information science first degree taught me the art of service and precision, seamlessly blended into my UX world. I've also worked on design and construction projects, making sure every user's voice is part of the blueprint.
What I've been working on
I'm deeply immersed in two exciting projects. Firstly, I'm providing a user experience solution for an AI-driven logistics platform for a startup, leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of logistics operations.
Simultaneously, I'm actively crafting a mobile map-based GIS technology solution. This project focuses on waste management and green energy solutions, utilizing GIS to map waste disposal sites and facilitating a seamless integration of green energy initiatives.
What I'm curious about
Beyond UX, I'm excited about exploring the versatility of harnessing the power of service and design thinking to drive innovative solutions, particularly in tandem with the rapid advancements in AI and LLMs. My focus lies in understanding how these technologies can be optimally trained and integrated to create meaningful impact.
My goal is to explore the intersection of human-centered design and AI to develop novel approaches to complex challenges.
